Features:

1. DD servo motor of Japan NSK drive assembly turntable can be set twirl angle freely.

2. Japan imported frequency adjustment type press electricity vibrating tray and straight line feeding ware coordinate to feeding.

3. Machine body provided with safety protective cover, when the safety door open, it will auto-reaction and stop working which protect the safety of operator fully.

4. High precision in contactor sensor, which can reach to ± 0.001mm and instead of the traditional testing method of the integration of machine and fiber optic sensor, then enhance the testing accuracy.

5. Touch screen display the starting time, closing time, utilization, bug type and reason of the equipment automatically. This control system applies to assembly procedure of two type products, you can switch as you wish.
